After service & Warranty FAQ — Read Before Order

1) How do you guarantee product quality?
Thelittleonesboutique.com always select the best quality and best selling products from manufacturers. We have specific quality control people for our products. They are very experienced on product quality control. Every item will be tested before shipment.

2) How long is the warranty?
We provide a one year warranty for all products. For items broken caused by a quality issue, we will cover all costs. However for a broken item which is caused by human error, the customer will cover the costs..

3) Item broken?
If you find any item broken, please contact our customer service team. Normally, for an item broken caused by quality issue, we will cover all costs. However for the broken item which is caused by human error, the customer will cover the costs.

4) Item missing?
Please provide a picture of the package you received, and SKU and product name of what is missing. Please contact customer service, and we will ship again after confirmation. You can also apply for refund or replace missing items.

5) Wrong item received?
Please provide a picture of the wrong item, order number, item SKU, product name and contact our customer service team to return or for a replacement.

6) Items not received?
If you did not receive items in one month after the order completed, please contact the customer service team to get a refund.

7) Does Thelittleonesboutique.com offer a money-back guarantee?
We allow products to be returned for a refund within 30 days from purchase if you don’t like it. If the product condition is still unused, we’ll refund your payment after we received the item back. If the item is broken, we will not provide a refund.

8) What is the Thelittleonesboutique.com warranty?
We have a money-back and exchange guarantee in 30 days.
After 30 days, the buyer needs to contact us first, and we’ll try to exchange a new one if available, but you will need to pay the shipping fees.

9) I want to return the item, what should I do?
The returning item/items should be proved  to have quality issues. You can contact one of our customer service team  to ask for details on the process.
Please make sure the below info can be provided:
The returned item must be within the original packing, with accessories and have the below information in package:
1. Order ID, SKU, Email and Your shipping address
2. The reason for returning the item/items.
3. Your requirement for returning orders(Repair /Exchange/Refund).

10) How about the shipping fees for sending back?
The shipping back fees are dependent on your local postal service. You can check this with your local post office. Please be reminded that we only accept return by airmail or post express.
